Due to Australia’s tropical climate, you may occasionally encounter bugs or insects, most of which are harmless. We do not accept cancellations or compensation due to such sightings. However, we regularly fumigate the property and are available to assist if needed.
We love those little furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our apartment is pet free.
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning, and penalties will apply.
We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. This is a peaceful and relaxed area. We ask that you respect the surroundings and maintain a quiet and considerate environment during your stay.
By booking this property, you acknowledge that construction may occur nearby. We are not liable for any noise or inconvenience, and no refunds or discounts will be provided for construction-related disturbances. Please note that, from time to time, the swimming pool may be temporarily closed due to scheduled or emergency maintenance. These closures are managed by the building and are unfortunately beyond our control. No refunds or compensation will be provided in these instances.
The apartment requires cleaning every 2 or 3 weeks. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and should be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning which includes a change of linen, is $120 AUD per cleaning. If you provide your own linen, the service is optional.
Please take care of the apartment and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.
This includes:
Removing all garbage
Washing dishes and emptying the dishwasher
Removing excessive sand and dirt
Closing all doors and turning off lights
Turning off the air conditioning before departure
This property is subject to the NSW Code of Conduct. By staying here, you agree to:
