A departure cleaning fee of AUD $150 applies to all stays and will be collected together with the refundable security deposit.

A refundable security deposit of AUD $1,000 is required and must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal up to 14 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or PayPal within 7 days after check-out, subject to the property being left in satisfactory condition.

All advertised rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Please note that the calendar rates reflect 21-night (or longer) stays and may not reflect the above pricing for stays shorter than 21 nights due to system limitations.

With fresh blue and white decor, the Palm House Bondi creates the right atmosphere for visiting the beach. Return to a breezy place, pop towels and trunks in the laundry, and chill out. The Palm House is located in North Bondi on a 52 sqm space. The self-contained apartment sits in front of a private villa with a private entrance.There is free all day street parking in our area. You can reserve our car spot located in front of the house for a fee of $30 per night (Not available during school holidays). Max occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 children (0 to 12Y). We provide one queen, one single, one crib.
