A departure cleaning fee of AUD $150 applies to all stays and will be collected together with the refundable security deposit.
A refundable security deposit of AUD $1,000 is required and must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal up to 14 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or PayPal within 7 days after check-out, subject to the property being left in satisfactory condition.
All advertised rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Please note that the calendar rates reflect 21-night (or longer) stays and may not reflect the above pricing for stays shorter than 21 nights due to system limitations.

The space
Whether you’re visiting for work or on holiday, our apartment is located perfectly for both. We are moments from Sydney’s famous Bondi beach, which has endless bars and great dining options, as well as plenty of transport options into the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped, fitted out to cater to all of your cooking needs. Expect the basics such as a gas cooktop, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher (with tablets) and toaster. All your cookware and new appliances need. There is plenty of space to have the family around the dining table for dinner, or to sit back and relax on our oversized Terrace. The TV is Netflix ready (Please log in with your own account).
We’ve got you covered! We’ve supplied washing detergent for you to use with the washing machine, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, high speed wifi, clothes hangers, heating, and dishwasher with tablets at your disposal so you don’t have to think twice about anything during your stay.

1 Queen bed + 1 Sofa bed = Total of 4 people maximum
PARKING
There is metered street parking directly out front of the apartment. Free all day / night parking is available on nearby streets.
A temporary parking permit can be obtained for $50 per stay from Waverley Council Office (8.30am – 5pm Mon-Fri) at 55 Spring St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022 or online. Requires a photo or copy of the registration to be shown to prove vehicle identity. Submit a Temporary Parking Permit Application with vehicle make model and registration number. A vacation rental lease document proving that you are staying at the address, and an ID.
For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
This apartment is a non-smoking, so if needed please step outside. This is a relaxed and peaceful neighborhood, so we ask you to respect the environment in such a manner while enjoying your stay.
