HolidayRento North Bondi Boho House – Jacuzzi Pool/Spa
Welcome to Bondi Boho House, your family holiday getaway is just a short stroll to the world-famous Bondi Beach. Situated on a peaceful quiet street, you’d never guess you’re only half a mile from the action of Bondi! Enjoy a day at the beach and then retreat to your Mediterranean oasis enjoying Boho’s outdoor lifestyle lazing around the heated Jacuzzi pool/spa and outdoor lounge. We are passionate about ensuring you have the time of your life at Bondi Boho House.
Terms of Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining 50% balance is due two months prior to check-in, together with the refundable security deposit and departure cleaning fee.
A departure cleaning fee of AUD $250 applies to all stays and is payable with the final balance.
A refundable security deposit of AUD $1,500 applies to all stays. The security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or PayPal within 7 days after check-out, subject to the property being left in satisfactory condition and no damage, loss or additional charges being incurred.
All advertised rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen with En-suite
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen + Cot (under roof area).
(Please note that between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 there is no door it is all open space).
Bedroom 3: 1 x Bunk Bed (double + single bed)
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed
Total people: 9 people + 1 baby (0 to 3 years old )
Bathroom:
Bathroom 1: 1 x Bath, Walk-in shower, toilet (En-suite)
Bathroom 2: 1 x Bath, Walk-in shower, Toilet
Other things to note
Please note there are strictly no parties/ gatherings at this property.
This property is not suitable for groups under the age of 25 years. If you think you and your group are suitable please contact us directly.
We reserve the right to decline any bookings should we think the property will be misused in any way.
Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
