A damage deposit of AUD $1,000 is required, payable by bank transfer or PayPal up to 14 days prior to arrival, and will be returned by bank transfer or PayPal within 7 days after check-out.

From our newly renovated studio, you can enjoy a true local experience with everything Bondi has to offer. You’ll be centrally located with easy access by foot or public transport to some of the most iconic beaches, bars, entertainment, shopping districts and restaurants. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, stylish modern furnishings and a queen size bed. You will have access to a large private outdoor deck and shared rooftop pool which is our favorite place to watch the sunset.
The studio is bright, airy and modern. Brand new white kitchen cupboards, wooden benchtop, and appliances including a new dishwasher, stove and oven. The queen size bed has the hotel style comforts and the bamboo wardrobe has plenty of space to hang and store your clothing. There is a smart TV on a full motion bracket so you can watch Netflix from the sofa, kitchen or the while relaxing on the bed. The private outdoor deck is very large (approx. 25 square meters) and fitted out with an outdoor table, umbrella, BBQ**please note during the summer months Bondi is a bustling neighborhood so on weekends can be noisy at times. No parties are allowed.
You will have access to the entire apartment and an adjoining large private large deck (pictured) which is for your use only. The building is a safe and secure building with only residents and guest having access using a security card. You will also have access to a shared rooftop pool area on level 11 where you can swim, relax on the deck chairs or have a meal or drink on the picnic tables which have spectacular views with ocean and the Sydney skyline.
