A departure cleaning fee of $190 applies to all stays.
A refundable security bond of AUD 1,500 is required for all direct bookings.
All rates advertised online are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Please note that the calendar rates reflect 28-night (or longer) stays and may not reflect the above pricing for stays shorter than 28 nights due to system limitations.

Entire apartment
Welcome to the adorable Bondi Beachfront Apartment – Perfectly located ON CAMPBELL PARADE directly across the road from Bondi Beach, few steps to the surf and sand and with Air Con in each Room.
Our apartment is perfect for families (with kids), couples or business travelers.
Decorated with Balinese Style, amazing space and comfort with a LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen.The apartment is nestled right in the heart of Bondi Beach. Just a few meters from Bondi’s best restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping strips and the coastal walks. Easy access to public transport across the road.
The apartment is located in the back of the building away from the street noise, spread over 90 square meters it features two spacious double bedrooms with large built-in wardrobe, bathroom, kitchen and a lounge looking at a lovely undercover Terrace with a dinning table and BBQ.
This apartment can sleep up to 5 adults and a baby (cot and high chair are provided). As part of the package bed linen, pillows and towels are also included.

You can get a visitors parking permit for $47 FOR THE ENTIRE STAY from our Council Office (8.30am – 4pm Mon-Fri) A photo or copy of the registration must be shown to prove vehicle identity, vehicle make, model and registration number, accommodation rental contract. For rental cars you can get a parking permit only after the car is collected.
Free Parking Options:
1)Free all day parking located on Blair st North Bondi and all the area on the north side of Blair St. It is about 10/15 min walk from the apartment.
2)Two hours free parking and free overnight parking from 8pm to 10am located at the end of Lamrock Avenue and Cox Ave. It is about 5 min walk from the apartment.

Check in time is at 2.30 pm. If we can accommodate you with a more flexible check in and check out time we will. Just let us know in advance and we will try our best depending on other bookings. Feel free to ask us for anything else you need and we will try and accommodate you. Otherwise, check-out is strictly 10am and check-in is 2.30pm.
Located in Bondi Beach, we have the advantage of being in constant contact with our client and can therefore offer true expert knowledge of Bondi Beach as well as the best recommendations throughout your stay.
For groups of more than 4 we need you to please contact us first with ages and composure of group. We don’t auto accept bookings before we can consider the group – thanks! STRICTLY NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED
