Apartment Rental Terms & Conditions
By booking this property, the guest acknowledges that these terms and conditions have been read, understood, and agreed upon.
★ UNAVAILABLE DATES ★
Please note that check-in and check-out are not available on December 25-26 and January 1.
★ PEST DISCLAIMER★
Due to Australia’s tropical climate, you may occasionally encounter bugs or insects, most of which are harmless. We do not accept cancellations or compensation due to such sightings. However, we regularly fumigate the property and are available to assist if needed.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our apartment is pet free.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odour removal and furniture cleaning, and penalties will apply.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. This is a peaceful and relaxed area. We ask that you respect the surroundings and maintain a quiet and considerate environment during your stay.
★ CONSTRUCTION DISCLAIMER ★
By booking this property, you acknowledge that construction may occur nearby. We are not liable for any noise or inconvenience, and no refunds or discounts will be provided for construction-related disturbances. Please note that, from time to time, the swimming pool may be temporarily closed due to scheduled or emergency maintenance. These closures are managed by the building and are unfortunately beyond our control. No refunds or compensation will be provided in these instances.
★CLEANING★
For stays exceeding 6 weeks, the apartment requires a professional clean every  3 weeks. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and is to be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning, which includes a linen change, is $120–$150 AUD per service depending on the size of the property. If you choose to provide your own linen, the service becomes optional. 
★PROPERTY CARE★
Please take care of the apartment and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.
This includes:
Removing all garbage
Washing dishes and emptying the dishwasher
Removing excessive sand and dirt
Closing all doors and turning off lights
Turning off the air conditioning before departure

Guest Responsibilities
This property is subject to the Code of Conduct. By staying here, you agree to:
✔ Respect neighbors and shared areas
✔ Keep noise down, especially 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
✔ No parties or events
✔ Only registered guests to stay overnight
✔ Allow access for emergency repairs if required
A hard copy with important information including host contact details, plumber service, electricity provider, and Australian emergency services, along with the Code of Conduct is available inside the property in the information booklet provided.
